Minor bug fixes and artwork overhaul

I did some minor bug fixes (texture not loading properly, resource drop count correction, collisions and spell effects) and also overhauled Dungeon#3 as well as the starting level.

Next step is to add more spells to the roster and I also added a spell merchant that will need to be implemented (placeholder for now).
